• Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date
• Recurring monthly services are billed in advance of the service period
• Third-party costs — advertising spend, software licences, stock media, print production — are billed at cost and are separate from our fees
• Late balances may be subject to a service charge, and we may pause work on an account with an overdue balance after written notice
• Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable, and cancellation terms are governed by your client agreement

We will always tell you before incurring a third-party cost on your behalf.

7. Confidentiality

Working together means we see things that are not public — pricing, customer lists, strategy, account credentials, and business performance. We treat all of it as confidential.

• We use client information only to deliver the services you have engaged us for
• We do not disclose it to third parties except to subcontractors and service providers who need it to do that work, and who are bound by equivalent obligations
• Credentials and account access are held securely and are used only for the work
• This obligation survives the end of our engagement

It does not apply to information that is already public, that you make public, or that we are legally required to disclose. We may reference our work for you in our portfolio and case studies only with your permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability
