A&B Consulting Group sends review-request text messages on behalf of its home-improvement contractor clients, to those contractors’ own customers, after a completed job. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not text people who have not had work completed by one of our contractor clients.
How consent is collected
Consent is collected in person, by the contractor, at the end of the job. The full sequence is:
- At job completion, the contractor asks the customer whether they agree to receive one text message with a link to leave a review. The customer agrees and provides their mobile number.
- The contractor or A&B staff enter the customer in the A&B Tracker review-request form. The form cannot be sent unless this box is checked: “The customer agreed to receive a text message about this review request.”
Message details
- Message frequency: 1–2 messages per completed job.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These are the message templates in use. Bracketed values are filled in per customer and per contractor.

Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
